Rhythm Dance Studios caters for everyone – young or old, singles, couples, beginners or the more experienced dancer...we know our stuff! Teaching Social Ballroom and Latin for over a decade, the studio has grown from a tiny studio, to a bustling, vibrant dance lifestyle-oriented studio in the Cresta area, with a vast array of experienced teachers and caring staff who make RDS the warm, welcoming and fun-filled centre that it is! RDS as we know it is the legacy of a passionate student-turned-owner, who took the knowledge of what students and potential clients are looking for, and interlaced it with a desire to establish RDS as the remarkable, independent , quality-focussed entity we see today. Feel free to pop in and see what we do – every Wednesday night from 8pm till 9pm we teach a group class where all are welcome (entrance fee for non-members only R30!), and from 9pm a pulsing playlist of Latin, Ballroom and rhythmic music will have you jamming on the floor, learning new Line Dances, while our talented staff members show you the ropes! Alongside a jam-packed calendar of themed group-classes, funky functions and awesome outings (as well as exams that will allow you to progress in your dancing skills!), RDS competes in the Regional and National Championships every year, and every year RDS makes its mark!
